Registering on the website does not create an attorney-client relationship. We cannot give legal advice until you are a paid client. In no case will you rely on information on our website (or content found through links on our website) as legal advice; it is only educational information that may be out of date or incorrect. POSSIBILITY OF DATA LOSS/ SECURITY BREACH/ THIRD-PARTY SITES

We have taken precautions to protect the security of user accounts. This website is used to collect information and documents from the client to attorney.  Until the attorney downloads all of your information and documents to his private server, you should not rely on this website as your only backup of important information and documentation.  Websites occasionally experience technical issues, and data and/ or documentation uploaded to the site may be lost should a technical issue occur.  You agree to keep a separate copy of all information and documents that you upload to this site in the event that any of your information is inadvertently deleted.

This Site may periodically provide links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Sites”). Our decision to link to a Third-Party Site is not an endorsement of the content or services in that linked Third-Party Site. We have only conducted a very cursory review of of Third-Party Sites, and the accuracy of the information and safety of any products or services available on the Third-Party Sites is not something we can guarantee. Prior to reading or using any Third-Party Site, you agree to review the separate terms of use, privacy policies and other rules posted on Third-Party Sites and make your own independent determination whether to use the Third-Party Site. We use “cookies” on this site and all affiliate sites owned by us.
